“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest,” said Benjamin Franklin. And that interest begins accruing during a child’s K-12 education as educators prepare today’s children to be tomorrow’s successful adults.
The educational system – from the way we teach to what we use in classrooms – is evolving. Today’s instruction integrates virtual classrooms and an increased use of the internet, to school facilities incorporating interactive white boards, state-of-the-art labs, lighting and security systems. New and updated educational facilities must stay current and embrace higher technology and energy saving measures to enrich today’s learning environment.
Staying current with changes in the educational system is imperative as we prepare youth to be capable of positive contributions to society.
Let us help you prepare the minds of tomorrow – today.

ROSSFORD HIGH SCHOOL AND JUNIOR HIGH | Rossford, OH
These two projects include over 220,000 square feet of renovation and new construction on the two sites. The high school was originally built in 1922 and during the 45,000-square-foot historic renovation much care was taken to ensure some of the original architecture stayed in place.
The addition consisted of new classrooms, administrative offices and two competition gymnasiums. The football field was replaced and a new press box, concession stand and state-of-the-art lighting were installed.
GREENE COUNTY CAREER CENTER | Xenia, OH
The new Greene County Career Center is a $62-million facility that will accommodate a new aerospace program as well as the school’s existing programs. It’s focused on aerospace. The design itself is going to be flexible, which is important to a career center because they need to change their programs as the needs of the community change and the needs of industry change.
HULL PRAIRIE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL | Perrysburg, OH
The Hull Prairie Intermediator STEM School will be a 5th and 6th grade facility. The $28-million, 130,000-square-foot building will hold approximately 900 students. The new building includes 32 classrooms, four special education classrooms, and two technology labs.
Hull Prairie provides a more open and diverse learning environment. The flexible teaching spaces and innovative social areas allow for more creative interactions among students and teachers and help foster a better learning environment.
NORTHRIDGE K-12 SCHOOL | Dayton, OH
This $45-million, 203,000-square-foot facility will house all of the school district’s students from prekindergarten through 12th grade. The school includes a large commercial serving kitchen and large activity rooms with an open concept design along with a complete renovation of the school’s existing auditorium-gymnasium.
The Northridge K-12 school will be the first school in the state with a BluePoint Alert security system, designed to help keep students and faculty safe.
