Electrical Contracting
We can build the heart of your project – its electrical systems.
Electricity is a fundamental component in almost everything we do, use and see. This invisible force is one of the first and most important considerations in any capital facilities project. It is a critical performance area, key in ensuring safety, equipment productivity and continued performance in any building or redesign project.
With years of combined experience in a wide range of project segments, our extensive knowledge allows us to build energy and information infrastructures with long-term value, low maintenance, expandability and optimized life cycles.
We offer comprehensive electrical contracting services for major new construction and renovation projects. From industrial power installations and control and instrumentation systems, to sophisticated computer data centers, diagnostic and data processing systems and medical monitoring and imaging equipment installations – our professionals can plan, design and install your electrical systems.
But we’ll also keep your energy infrastructure in optimum shape via our tailored electrical predictive and preventative maintenance program, specially designed for your facility. Our service professionals are on call to serve you day or night with maintenance and emergency service.
We can build the heart of your project – its electrical distribution systems.
We expedite project delivery by utilizing the latest technology.

Maintenance services are available at any time, night or day, for any reason. We’re only a phone call away. You can benefit from our fleet of service vehicles 24/7/365 days a year. Our team of elite service professionals is armed with the latest technologies to solve your problems quickly.
When the job is complete, we are still there for the owner or an end user that may need our services in the future. We are proactive in ensuring the end user has all of our contact information in case there are any problems with the systems that were installed.
We set up a meeting or hand-off from our site foreman/project manager to our service manager with the owner or end user to provide contact information for the warranty period, and have been retained as a constant presence on the project(s) to support the facility management to provide additional services, such as lighting maintenance, tenant improvements, and emergency service.
Our department integrates four commercial/industrial/institutional/hospitality service offerings into a cohesive strategic division. Service, Special Projects Division, Special Services and PMP all require well trained, dedicated, fully equipped technicians backed up by an operational structure geared to quick turn around. This includes 24/7/365 normal or emergency service, small project design/build and a full range of state-of-the-art services requiring specialized expertise with certified technicians.
Facilities have been doing preventive work on motors, engines and other mechanical systems for decades. But what about the heart of the facility, the electrical distribution system? Failed equipment results in unplanned outages that can be very costly when replacement equipment cannot be easily found.
We offer tailored electrical predictive and preventive maintenance programs specifically designed for your facility. Benefits include:
- Regularly scheduled visits to maintain quality power
- Reduced cost repairs
- Improved safety
- Lower utility bills
- Prevention of costly business interruptions
- Extended equipment life
We advocate compliance to NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace not only for worker safety, but also equipment productivity. An arc flash accident can render equipment unusable and place the facility in a costly downtime mode, which could last hours or days.
We stand ready to provide your facility with the most up-to-date resources to prevent both of these type of incidents.
