Jason joined the Army directly out of high school, where he served with the 101st Airborne/Air Assault 1/327th Infantry on the front line of Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He began his electrical career in 2001 and graduated from the IBEW Joint Electrical Apprenticeship Program in 2006 as an employee of Kastle Electric.  

He has spent his entire career with Kastle, working in the service department for 14 years, then as a superintendent for three years, before being promoted to Vice President / General Manager in 2023.  

Jason was a recent participant in EMCOR’s Leadership for Results Course, a program for senior leaders.
