Greg has spent his entire professional career with the company, spanning over 40 years. He is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW Joint Apprenticeship Program and has also completed the Leadership Institute Program.

Currently, he serves on the IBEW/NECA Joint Apprenticeship Committee as a member and past chairman.

 

David Glotfelter bio picture

David oversees the accounting and administration departments. Prior to joining Quebe Holdings, he was the Director of Accounting at a large construction company in the Dayton area.

He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Cincinnati, and is a trustee on the National Electrical Contractors Association/International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 82 Retirement Pension Board.

Tim is in charge of coordinating, administering, and implementing comprehensive safety and training programs throughout the company. He supervises the safety department and directs the company’s safety committee. Regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe work environment are his top priorities.

He started his career in the IBEW apprenticeship program and has worked in contract operations and as a safety and field superintendent. For 20 years, he served as an apprentice instructor with IBEW Local 82. Further, Tim is also a Construction Health and Safety Technician through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, an OSHA 500 Construction Industry Outreach Trainer, and a National Fire Protection Association standard 70e instructor.

Jeff has been with Chapel Electric for 20 years, where he currently leads the company’s estimating and preconstruction efforts. He’s been in the electrical industry for almost 40 years with a combination of field, estimating, preconstruction, and project management experience that informs practical insight into project issues throughout the design and construction process.

He is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW apprenticeship program and has a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

 

Bob Shaffer bio picture

Bob Shaffer

Bob joined Chapel Electric more than 20 years ago as Vice President of Contract Operations. In this role, he oversaw project management and CAD coordination and acted as the project executive on most major contract projects. In 2022, he was promoted to Vice President of Special Projects.

Bob currently serves on the Labor Management Cooperation Committee board, is an active member and past chairman of the Federated Electrical Contractor’s Purchasing Group, and has been past chairman of the NECA/IBEW Joint Safety Committee.

Rick has spent most of his almost 40-year career at Chapel Electric, and manages the day-to-day operations of field personnel, which includes manpower, vehicles, tools and equipment, and employee education.

He’s a graduate of the four-year IBEW Joint Apprenticeship Program, has several Train the Trainer certifications, and is a certified first aid instructor. He is currently a member of the IBEW/NECA Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.

Rick has been with Chapel Electric for almost 30 years. He worked in the contract operations department until being moved to the service division almost 20 years ago. He has experience with a variety of projects, including plans and specs, design-assist, and natural disaster and electrical failure recovery.

His education has focused on medium voltage systems and building energy conservation, and he holds his NICET Level 2 and OSHA 30 certificates.

Lance has been at Chapel Electric for 20 years, where he’s served in the capacities of foreman, general foreman, estimator, and project manager, before becoming Vice President of Contract Operations.

He currently serves on the Labor Management Cooperation Committee Board.

 

Dennis Severance bio picture

Dennis is one of the founding members of CRT, where he has worked for over twenty years. His responsibilities include providing engineering, design, consulting, leadership, and project management for voice/data/fiber, security, audio/visual, and network electronics systems. He leveraged the experience and knowledge he gained in the U.S. Marine Corps as a communications specialist into a career in IT and low voltage systems. 

His industry accreditations include Registered Communications Distribution Designer and several manufacturer-specific certifications. Dennis previously served as the North Central Regional Director for Building Industry Consulting Services International, where he helped develop southwest Ohio’s IBEW Local 82 Joint Apprenticeship Training Council.

Mark has over 30 years of audiovisual experience as both a professional musician and AV designer. Currently, he works directly with our customers designing custom communication solutions and oversees the AV department.

He is certified as an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist Design (CTS-D).

Jason oversees company operations, after working in Kastle’s service department for 14 years and as a superintendent.  

He served with the 101st Airborne/Air Assault 1/327th Infantry on the front line of Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield, graduated from the IBEW Joint Electrical Apprenticeship Program, and participated in EMCOR’s Leadership for Results Course, a program for senior leaders.

Over his nearly three-decade career, Jimmy has built extensive electrical expertise and field experience. After completing his electrical apprenticeship program, he worked his way up through the industry in a variety of roles, including Journeymen Electrician, Project Engineer, Estimator, Division Manager, and more. 

Jimmy has been a a part of the Kastle Technologies team for over six years, serving as Project Manager, Operations Manager, and now Vice President. Further, he has also finished a number of courses with BICSI.

Dana has over 25 years of experience working in Toledo’s electrical contracting industry and has led many of the most prestigious projects in the area.

He currently sits on the Toledo Electrical JATC Board of Directors and is the vice president of the Ohio/Michigan NECA Board of Directors. He’s a graduate of the NECA Executive Management Program, currently holds Ohio and Michigan electrical contracting licenses, Ohio Fire Alarm and Toledo electrical journeyman’s licenses, and has taught electrical estimating at the BGSU Construction Management School.

Bill is the vice president of field operations at Romanoff Electric, where he has spearheaded efforts to standardize materials and tools in the warehouse and created a prefabrication department, increasing production efficiency and reducing costs.

He is a graduate of TMECA, FMI School, and the Toledo Electrical JATC, where he received his residential and commercial electrical licenses. Giving back, he also serves on countless charitable projects for Habitat for Humanity, Project Playhouse, the Beach House, and Ronald McDonald House.
