VP OF FIELD OPERATIONS

Bill Heilner is the vice president of field operations at Romanoff Electric. Bill is a graduate of TMECA, FMI School and the Toledo Electrical JATC, where he received his residential and commercial electrical licenses.

After graduating, Bill launched his career in residential and small commercial projects, eventually shifting his focus to motor control and high voltage work. His diligence and expertise subsequently led to additional opportunities as a foreman, general foreman, superintendent, human resource manager, estimator and project manager.

Throughout his career at Romanoff Electric, he has developed multiple programs which aided in the development of junior employees. Specifically, “Future Foreman’s Training” and “Standard Operating Procedures – A Foreman’s Guide,”which has been utilized on every work site since its publication. Bill also spearheaded the standardization of material and tools in the warehouse, and created Romanoff Electric’s prefabrication department, which has drastically increased production efficiency while simultaneously reducing cost.

Altruistic to his core, Mr. Heilner has organized and participated in countless charitable projects for Habitat for Humanity, Project Playhouse, the Beach House, and the Ronald McDonald House. He currently lives in Toledo, Ohio and enjoys spending time with his five children.
